The beach that neighbors the famous Keri Beach and encloses the traditional fishing village named Arambol makes the unpolluted and exclusively peaceful Arambol Beach. Very less commercialized and secluded beach of Arambol appeal the tourists who love placidity in its primitive form. The Portuguese interpretation of the name of the beach as 'Harmal' has given it its present name Arambol. Paragliding, Wind surfing, sand speed sailing, kite-buggy rides, dolphin spotting etc are some of the popular sports that tourists indulge at Arambol beach. But it is not very safe for swimming as lifeguards are not available here. Apart from these water sports, Arambol Beach offers body painting, tai chi and yoga sessions, Indian classical music and dance concerts and fabulous and spirited nightlife. Other than the sea and the shores, you can also visit the freshwater lake near Waghcolomb Hill, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Tiracol Fort and the Church of St. Anthony. Atop the Tiracol Fort, one can enjoy the spectacular and panoramic vista of both Keri and the Arambol Beaches.
